So already the recovery has begun from the race. Actually went in and did my usual sunday ride. And to put my "horrible" race into perspective here are my interesting facts.
I finished
overall place:23787 out of 31129
Out of all ages 55-59 runners 329 out of 812 (Which means I was in the top 50% of my age------
and out of all women I placed 11510 out of 16825!!!!! I will take those statistics!!!!!!
OK, no more posts for a while about running or exercising!!!! Unless it's to brag on my sister Pam when she hits her 10,000 steps in one day!!! GO PAM GO!!!!!!
