Lazy Hazy Days of Summer

Well summer has finally arrived in Indiana. Most days are typical of August...but still cooler than poor Anna in Houston. This has been a quiet week...........only alleviated by Arni's pizza on Thursday with the Garlesky's traveling through to Wisc. Emily, Rob, and I were thoroughly entertained by Grace and Graham. (and of course the parental units). This blog can not compare to Brooke's highly entertaining beach blogs....and though I know they were to help Zach feel part of the week, I enjoyed them too. I have been trying like crazy to capture some deer pictures to post...but not much luck. I guess maybe I need to wash the bedroom windows for a clearer image!!!! hahahahaha

The first picture was taken a week ago, the second yesterday as Emily, Rob, and I were eating supper. There were two of the little ones but trying to capture them both in the same shot was not possible before the camera flash (who knew dirty windows still would have a glare....

The phone service man was out yesterday as we had lost internet connectivity. (we being me, myself, and I...must get out of that habit) and the guy went crazy over the kitchen remodel. Keep in mind this guy has been to the house most of it's life for all phone issues.....last visited when we went with a DSL....pre-kitchen remodel.!!!!

And today I got to do something I have been craving for six weeks....a THREE HOUR NAP!!!!!!!!!! Which also equals......not much accomplished in the knitting world.
