Sudden Storms

Though Lafayette was only on the northern edge of the summer storm that hit today...trying convincing me of that. I came home and had to stop the car three times to drag limbs off the drive (small but heavy none the less) and the back yard is full of limbs. Funny enough, the limbs on the drive came off live trees, the limbs in the back yard off dead trees. NONE of the limbs in the back came from the tree that Greg D. was so worried would fall and smash Drew's tent....but there are enough they will double the size of my burn pile WHEN or IF they get picked up!! Oh Emily.....I feel a game of pick up sticks coming on!
