The "low spot" has always flooded during a torrential downpour, but since Tipmont REMC installed new high intensity lines, they have changed the geographical layout of that low spot. Here's the proof. When I was younger, the girls and I would love this kind of flooding to go wading! I hope REMC's promise to restore the yard is valid. I may have to send them some of these pictures. Regardless, we got a lot of rain yesterday!!!
